Danke fuer die Zusammenfassung! Und jaja, das naechste mal bin ich dann schon wieder dabei, wir scrummen bei Liip ja ganz fleissig.&lt;br /&gt;
Merke grad, dass es gar nicht so leicht zu sein scheint "mich" zu verlinken.. zwei mal komm ich vor auf der Seite, einmal bin ich "/tag/lift08" und einmal bei Kaywa .. muss mal schauen, dass sich das aendert :)

But as you said, "Doing hard and important stuff first" implies knowing or guessing the risky parts. Whether this graph is too complex or clumsy for agile technics I still think the main idea behind it - trying to deal with the risk - is important for any project..

Shure a lot of people out there do such things and probably it's usfull for them. But I think it's mostly writing paper for nothing. Maybe there are some technics to calculate risk, but on new software projects the biggest risk is often to one you can't think off. So I personaly belive more in agile technics. Doing hard and important stuff first,
test and release often and early, discus often with your team and customer (scrum would be a great technic for this).

bei ganz genauem betrachten der Bilder w&amp;#252;rd ich jedoch bem&amp;#228;ngeln, dass die IVP's vergessen wurde und nicht alle die Klettverschl&amp;#252;sse an den &amp;#196;rmeln ganz zugeklebt haben!
